Observe and participate in a practical muntjac skinning demonstration, led by our Head Chef Joshua Hunter.

Learn about butchery techniques, sustainable wild meat, and ethical sourcing.

Shooting Experience

Head out with your instructor for a tailored shooting experience for an exclusive rifle session in the live-ammunition shooting cinema.

Post shooting, enjoy a Aperitif followed by a three course lunch.

Day concludes, and guests depart around 4pm
